14. Despite the first paragraph of section 5 of the Tourist Accommodation Act (chapter H-1.01) and subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 3 of this Regulation, the registration application of a principal residence establishment must not be accompanied by a declaration of its accommodation offering and of the related activities and other related services.

14.
